Pues este proyecto es muy bueno lastima que este en las manos de personas que solo ven por ellos mismos y no por la gente de Campeche. El proyecto esta destinado a no terminarse adecuadamente ya que Grupo Mall no dio el ancho para este mega proyecto. Es por eso que ahora ICA se lo realizara.

Eso es indiscutible lo del proyecto como el mas lujosos y no solo de mexico si no tambien de latinoamerica y pues campeche mis respetos y no solo se merece eso si no mas, pero bueno que yo se ICA sigue trabajando y acciona no, mall debe dinero a muchas empresas y gente de campeche que ha trabajado para ellos es lo que yo se.

y en la epoca final del proyecto si es que lo acaban se capacita a los residentes para el cuidado de esta especie de todos estos detalles se encarga la SEMARNAT y otras instituciones que condicionan al proyecto antes de empezar las obras.

A ver wey el manglar no lo destruyen lo reubican e incrementan y lo de la tortuga de carey no se si conoscas al campamento tortugero de los kelonios se han mejorado comprado motonetas y otras mejoras en este campamento y los españoles estos del proyecto han invertido en esta especie y no me invites ya he ido no te preocupes de echo e ido a liberar tortugas al mar y lo de la marina cuando esta construccion cada cuatro meses en epoca de desove paran las construcciones para no molestarlas

conoces el lugar para decir lo que estas diciendo te invito un recorrido de la tortuga carey para que veas cuantas suben en ese lugar y en todo lo que es el proyecto y sobre el permiso y como fue dado te lo dejo a tu imaginacion y no estamos hablando de campechanos y yucatecos estoy habalndo de conservar una especie de en peligro critico de exticion

si lo quieres saber te invito hacer un recorrido nocturno por la playa para que veas el desove de esta maravillosa especie y sabes y si hablas sobre inversion para tortuga ve a uno por uno de los 11 campamentos tortugueros que hay en campeche y ve si han ayudado ne algo y ya del malglar solo te hago una pregunta sabes cuanto tarda en crecer uno?

Miren yo se por que conosco muy bien este proyecto ya que vivi en campeche un tiempo por esto no destruye nada por cada manglar destruido se rescatan 10 uno y dos de las tortugas de carey se esta inviertiendo en la conservacion de esta especie no destruye tres por muchos problemas que tienen con su principal constructora que es acciona que renuncio y deben millones y se separo y no tienen dinero para poder seguir con esto al menos que yo sepa no.

si fuera lugar de anidacion no se hubiera dado el permiso de construccion, y ya dejemos de pensar asi, es lo ke nos tiene muy por de bajo de los yucatecos, ke no mienten al decir, campeche pueblo de pescadores, por ke por desgracia asi es, o mejor chejate la alegoria de la cubeta de cangrejos campechenos y yucatecos.

mmm efectivamente, campeche no es el dueño, pero ke te parece los empleos, y el dinero ke deja el turismo, o de donde crees ke se sacan los 8 centros de salud del estado, de cancer y control de vih, o la av. gobernadores, o guadalupe, ??? no todo sale de tu predial, tenencia o agua potable si es ke lo pagas; el impacto ambiental esta estudiado, por eso se dio el beneficio de construccion.

la destruccion de manglar y lo mas importante la perdida total de un area de anidacion de la tortuga carey que es una especie de exticion critica . eso es lo que se va ser el costo de este proyecto

Aunque muchos escépticos decían que campeche nunca llegaría a crecer y convertirse en un estado comercial y turístico, aquí tenemos la prueba de que no nos quedamos atrás. soy estudiante de ing.civil, visitamos el complejo en construcción y les puedo decir que la construcción no afecta el ambiente de la región, pues se está cuidando el impacto ambiental. Visiten la ciudad capital y se enamorarán de la calma, paz y seguridad de una ciudad preparada para recibirlos.
