great video. The fundamentals are very important and this video does a good job of making them easy to understand. It really improved my swing and once I get the muscle memory down I'll be able to make the finishing adjustments. I just wish I had seen this years ago.

Calculate the force of a swing versus the weight of a dust particle. It's 10,000 to 1. After a swing, each dust particle should shoot up a mile.
